How to add, delete, or resolve Canva comments
One of the key features of Canva is the ability to leave comments on designs, which can be used for collaboration or feedback purposes. In this article, we will explore how to add, delete, or resolve comments in Canva.
Canva comments can be added to specific elements on a design, such as text, images, or shapes. This helps team members to provide feedback or suggestions on specific parts of the design.
To add a comment, simply click on the element you want to comment on and click on the “Add comment” button.
To mention someone, type the “@” symbol and select the user you want to mention. This will send a notification to the user and make it easier to direct feedback or suggestions to a specific team member.
To delete the comment, click on the three dots icon that appears next to the comment. This will bring up a menu of options. From the menu, select “Delete thread.” A confirmation message will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the comment. Click “Delete” to confirm.
To resolve a comment, click on the comment you want to resolve. In the comment box, click on the checkmark icon to mark the comment as resolved. The comment will then be grayed out and marked as “resolved” underneath it.
